OHL México S.A.B. de C.V. (“OHL Mexico” or “the Company”) (BMV: OHLMEX), announced today that it is aware that the Government of the State of Puebla has unilaterally published in its official newspaper on May 9, 2012 an agreement through which the Government re-takes the concession granted to Autovías Concesionadas OHL, S.A. de C.V., a subsidiary of OHL Mexico, S.A.B. de C.V. The Company will contest this action through the legal means available.
