OHL Mexico, S.A.B. de C.V. (“OHL Mexico” or “the Company”) (BMV: OHLMEX) announces to the market that, as per the material event issued earlier today regarding the dissemination of new illegal and manipulated recordings that are part of the smear campaign, the Company wished to clarify that no executive of the Company has authorized any payment to Mr. Gerardo Ruiz Esparza, Secretary of Communications and Transportation.
OHL Mexico will continue informing the market, via the Mexican Stock Exchange, regarding any news that is pertinent to the investment community.
