Mexico City, Mexico, March 15, 2019 – Aleatica, S.A.B. de C.V. (“Aleatica” or the “Company”) (BMV: “ALEATIC”), informs the investing public that, as a measure to support users of the Circuito Exterior Mexiquense, and in light of the commitment of the Company and its subsidiary, Concesionaria Mexiquense, S.A. de C.V. (“CONMEX”) to society; CONMEX has decided not to apply the additional increase provided in its Concession Title of 6% above inflation, for users of light vehicles (cars and motorcycles). This temporary discount, which limits the amount of the increase to inflation, will become effective as of 00:00:01 on March 16, 2019.
The summary of the Nineteenth Condition of the Concession Title, which refers to the applicable tariff regime, establishes the right of CONMEX to apply an additional tariff increase for 2019 of 6% above inflation, this summary can be consulted here: (https://www.circuitoexterior.mx/rutas-y-tarifas/).
The publication of this information occurs while completing the commitment, communicated on September 25, 2018 and December 6, 2018 by ALEATICA, to make public certain information of CONMEX, including the Concession Title granted by the Government of the State of Mexico in favor of CONMEX for the Circuito Exterior Mexiquense, as well as the annexes, modifications and key terms thereof.
