ALEATICA is a new breed of transportation company. Its fit-for-purpose structure as a pure operator of transportation assets allows it to focus exclusively on conceptualizing and operating roads and other transportation assets in Spain and Latin America.
The Company began its operations in Mexico in 2003, with the award of some of the first concessions for toll roads since the mid-1990s. The experience acquired in Mexico and in other countries has provided the Company with fundamental knowledge and the ability to make selective investments in roads and in an airport that are strategically located.
The Company was established on March 30th, 2005 as a variable capital stock company with the name of “OHL Concesiones México, S.A. de C.V.” in accordance with the provisions of the Ley General de Sociedades Mercantiles (General Law of Commercial Companies). The Extraordinary and Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company that was held on October 22nd, 2010 approved the total reform of the Company’s bylaws to incorporate the provisions required by the LMV (Ley Mexicana de Valores), adopting the form of a public stock company with variable capital and modifying its name to “OHL México, SAB de CV”. The Company has been listed on the BMV (Bolsa Mexicana de Valores) since November 2010.
