Mexico City, Mexico, March 14, 2019 – This Thursday, March 14, the Head of the Financial Intelligence Unit of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit stated in a press conference, among others matters, that OHL México and other entities made certain payments to Bufete de Proyectos Información y Análisis, S.A. de C.V. (“Bufete”), allegedly for the financing of a certain political documentary.


Aleatica, S.A.B. de C.V. (“Aleatica” or the “Company”) (BMV: “ALEATIC”), hereby informs the market that:

1.- It has no involvement, directly or indirectly, in the “Black Propaganda” campaign, nor has it financed, directly or indirectly, any communication efforts of a political nature through Grupo Tv Promo, S.A. de C.V., Tv Promo, S.A. de C.V., or otherwise;

2.- Its contractual relationship with Bufete has been for the rendering of multiple independent consulting services with the objective of protecting the Company’s reputation and legal position, improving customer service, and bolstering its public perception; and

3.- The Company will fully cooperate with the official investigations that may arise in connection with the events referred to in the press conference.
