OHL Mexico S.A.B de C.V. (“OHL Mexico” or “the Company”) (BMV: OHLMEX), informs that today the Company filed an answer to the requirements of information numbers 3.-026 and 3.-27, made on May 4, 2017 and May 10, 2017, respectively, by the Vice Ministry of Infrastructure, of the Ministry of Communications and Transportation, the answer, by means of which, the Company ratified that there are no transfers of resources or actions in any way that could affect the concessions that the Company is part of. The Company also mentioned that there are no irregular conducts by OHL Mexico.
