New Chief Executive Officer

OHL Mexico S.A.B. de C.V. (“OHL Mexico” or “the Company”) (BMV: OHLMEX) one of the leading transportation infrastructure concession operators in the private sector, announced today that Mr. Sergio Hidalgo Monroy Portillo has been named the Company’s new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Hidalgo was previously CEO of the Instituto para la Seguridad y Servicios Sociales para los Trabajadores del Estado (ISSSTE), Mexico’s Social Security Institute for Federal workers, as well as CEO of Servicio de Administración y Enajenación de Bienes de la Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público (SAE), which is the Asset Management and Disposition Agency, an entity of Mexico’s Ministry of Finance. He has a law degree from Universidad Anáhuac and an MBA in Finance and International Banking from Columbia University.

Mr. Hidalgo will take over the position for Mr. Juan Osuna, who will remain as Executive Vice-President of OHL Mexico.
