OHL Mexico S.A.B. de C.V. (“OHL Mexico” or “the Company”) (BMV: OHLMEX) informs that Rafael Lira Oaxaca has been renamed Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective December 1st, 2012. Mr. Lira had left the Company in 2011 to pursue other projects. He will replace Rafael Villafáñez who has held the position since September 2011.
Mr. Lira has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (“UNAM”) and a Masters in Business Administration from Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresa (“IPADE”). Most recently he was Chief Financial Officer of Techint, and over his extensive career in the financial sector he has held the position of CFO at companies such as Cablemas, S.A. de C.V., Bebidas Refrescantes, S.A. de C.V. (within the Coca-Cola system) and at the Latin American Coca-Cola bottler Panamerican Beverages Inc.
