Aleatica, S.A.B. de C.V. (“Aleatica” or the “Company”) (BMV: “ALEATIC”), following up on the relevant event published on July 10, 2018, by means of which it was informed to the general investing public,, among others, about the change of the Company´s corporate name to Aleatica, S.A.B. de C.V., approved by means of an Extraordinary and Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting dated July 9, 2018, hereby informs the general investing public that on this date the Company has carried out an exchange of the share certificates currently deposited with the S.D. Indeval Institución para el Depósito de Valores, S.A. de C.V., that represent the total amount of shares of Aleatica for new share certificates reflecting the change of the Company´s corporate name.
Regarding the above, as of November 13, 2018, Aleatica ceased to trade in the Bolsa Mexicana de Valores, S.A.B. de C.V., (“BMV”) under the ticker symbol “OHLMEX” and begun to trade in the BMV under the ticker symbol “ALEATIC”.
