The European Commission Issues Authorization in connection with the Cash Tender Offer launched by Magenta Infraestructura to Acquire up to 100% of OHL Mexico’s Public Shares.
Mexico City, July 12, 2017 – OHL Mexico S.A.B de C.V. (BMV: OHLMEX) has been notified by Magenta Infraestructura, S.L. (the “Offeror”), that the clearance from the European Commission referenced in section 8, item 8.1 paragraph 2 of the Offering Memorandum (Conditions of the Offer – Relevant Authorizations), dated June 15, 2017 in connection with the offer launched by the Offeror over the public shares of OHL Mexico, has been received on this date.
As a result, the Relevant Authorizations condition set out in the Offering Memorandum has been satisfied.
