OHL México, S.A.B. de C.V. (“OHL Mexico” or “the Company”) (BMV: OHLMEX), announced that, in accordance with paragraph b), Section I of Article 50 of the General Provisions Applicable to Issuers of Securities and Other Participants of the Securities Market (Disposiciones de Carácter General Aplicables a las Emisoras de Valores y a Otros Participantes del Mercado de Valores), starting April 1, 2017, Mr. Pablo Suinaga Cárdenas will replace Mr. Roberto Andrade Martínez, who is leaving the Company for personal reasons. Mr. Suinaga will be responsible for OHL México’s legal department. Mr. Suinaga holds a law degree from the Universidad Anáhuac del Norte. He has served as business partner at Suinaga y Suinaga Abogados, S.C., and has also has been member of the Board of Directors and Secretary of several companies.
