OHL México, S.A.B. de C.V. (“OHL México” or the “Company”) (BMV: “OHLMEX”), in terms of article 50, paragraph V, subparagraph b) of the General Provisions Applicable to Issuers of Securities and other Participants of the Securities Market (Disposiciones de Carácter General Aplicables a las Emisoras de Valores y a Otros Participantes del Mercado de Valores) and, in connection with the relevant events published by the Company on May 4, 2018 and yesterday, May 7, 2018, the Company hereby informs the market that, yesterday, May 7, 2018, the Company was served with a lawsuit filed against it, amongst other defendants, in connection with certain acquisitions of shares of OHL México (the “Lawsuit”). In connection with the Lawsuit, precautionary measures have been granted ex-parte. The Company is analyzing the Lawsuit and will exercise its defense, being confident that it will prevail, considering that it has acted in accordance with the applicable regulations.
