Aleatica, S.A.B. de C.V. (“Aleatica” or the “Company”) (BMV: “ALEATIC”), pursuant to article 50, section I, subsection b) of the General Provisions Applicable to Issuers of Securities and to Other Participants of the Securities Market (Disposiciones de Carácter General Aplicables a las Emisoras de Valores y a Otros Participantes del Mercado de Valores), informs to public investors that its subsidiaries Organización de Proyectos de Infraestructura, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (“OPI”) and Concesionaria Mexiquense, S.A. de C.V. (“CONMEX”), in order to continue with good corporate practices of OPI and CONMEX by having independent members in their Boards of Directors, by means of Unanimous Resolutions passed without Meetings by the Totality of their Shareholders issued today, the appointment of Mr. Antonio Hugo Franck Cabrera as Chairman of their Boards, in substitution of Mr. Juan Luis Osuna Gómez was approved.
Consequently, in the abovementioned Resolutions it was agreed that the Board of Directors of OPI and CONMEX will be comprised of the following members:
- Antonio Hugo Franck Cabrera – Chairman of the Board of Directors
- Juan Luis Osuna Gómez – Member of the Board of Directors
- Gabriel Núñez García – Member of the Board of Directors
- Sergio Hidalgo Monroy Portillo – Member of the Board of Directors
- Louis-Marie St-Maurice – Member of the Board of Directors
- Ana María Vidaurre – Member of the Board of Directors
- Valeria Nieto Quiñones – Member of the Board of Directors
