Aleatica, S.A.B. de C.V. (“Aleatica” or the “Company”) (BMV: “ALEATIC”), pursuant to article 50, section I, subsection b) of the General Provisions Applicable to Issuers of Securities and to Other Participants of the Securities Market(Disposiciones de Carácter General Aplicables a las Emisoras de Valores y a Otros Participantes del Mercado de Valores), informs to public investors that the financial director and legal director roles of Aleatica in Mexico will merge globally. This responds to international best practices of global corporate structure, with the aim of generating greater agility and organizational efficiency.
As a result of the aforementioned, starting today, the roles performed by Juan Carlos Mateos Durán de Huerta and Pablo José Miguel Suinaga Cárdenas, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Legal Officer, respectively, will be assumed by Gabriel Núñez García and Pablo Olivera Masso.
Both Gabriel Núñez García and Pablo Olivera Masso will continue performing their global roles, while at the same time they will perform their new duties in Mexico.
Juan Carlos Mateos Durán de Huerta and Pablo José Miguel Suinaga Cárdenas will continue collaborating with Aleatica in this organizational transformation phase as senior advisors.
